Antique French Equestrian Bronze Figure. Over the years, we've located incredible bronze figures of all kinds. For anyone who prizes the lines of a fine mount and a formally festooned officer, this is definitely the one. We believe it to be French, late 19th century. The foundry mark reads " M C." Everything is right about this piece, the patina, the crisp details (characteristic of an early casting), etc. One rein is missing from the bridle, but it could be easily replaced if desired.
