This is a deep green, square-cut emerald with pave diamonds surrounding the stone.  As designated Type 2 gemstones, emeralds can have many imperfections and still qualitfy as very fine gems.  This stone, on the other hand is exemplary.  Though moderately included, it faces up on the finger as nearly flawless.  Top quality VS1-2  white diamonds are full cut, brilliant and serve to amplify the superb center gem.  Size: 5 3/4, easily altered by CHURCHILL to accomodate most finger sizes.
