The stretch gives a comfort level that is hard to find in a silk fabric with this sturdy of body. It fits over any size chest without pulling on the buttons. Although dry cleaning is recommended we have machine washed ours and they come out perfectly. The 52 colors range from vibrant to classic neutrals.
