Shipping Policies:

All shipping is provided by UPS, FedEx and USPS. The cost of shipping depends on the value of your purchase and weight. ShopAtChurchill.com requires a signature for all deliveries, which cannot be waived. ShopAtChurchill.com cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes; the delivery address must be a street address. Orders to P.O. Boxes will be canceled.

In the event that a shipping address is not included with an order, the order will be shipped to the billing address. Orders that are $300 and above can only be shipped to the billing address, unless special arrangements have been approved by management.

ShopAtChurchill.com ships within the United States and to various international destinations. For international shipping, please check whether the destination country is listed in the drop-down menu on our purchaser information page. If the desired country is not listed, special arrangements can be made with CHURCHILL by calling or e-mailing the store. Please see the International Shoppers section below.

Shipping Method:

1) Ground: (UPS usually delivers within 5-7 business days)

2) Express: (UPS usually delivers within 2-3 business days)

3) Overnight: (UPS usually delivers within 1 business day)

Please note that it may take longer for UPS to make a delivery; ShopAtChurchill.com cannot control the package once it leaves ShopAtChurchill.com

UPS does not deliver on weekends or federal holidays.

UPS makes 3 attempts to deliver a package. After the third attempt, the package is returned to ShopAtChurchill.com

In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive a web credit for returned goods, but not for shipping costs.

Shipping a Gift:

We can ship your purchase as a gift to a third party. All items purchased are shipped in CHURCHILL wrapping.

International Shoppers:

CHURCHILL ships to many countries around the globe, and always tries to accommodate its customers wherever they are. To arrange a purchase and shipping to a foreign country, first check whether your desired country is listed in the drop down menu on the purchaser information page of the checkout process. If your desired country is not listed, we cannot currently use our online ordering system at ShopAtChurchill.com to handle the purchase. Please e-mail us at info@ShopAtChurchill.com, and we can offer a quote for the shipment, process payment, and arrange for the delivery of your purchase. We reserve the right to not ship items of a perishable nature and perfume, as well as specific exceptions of individual items restricted for export to specific countries.

Python Products:

Due to law, CHURCHILL is not allowed to ship products made of python skin to the state of California or to any location outside the United States of America. CHURCHILL reserves the right to cancel any orders intended to be shipped to one of these locations as a service to its customers in those locations. In the event that CHURCHILL is induced by a purchaser to ship products in violation of state, federal law or international law, the purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CHURCHILL for any and all costs, including but not limited to legal fees, incurred as a result of said shipment.
