Viennese Cold Painted Bronze Relic Amphora Circa Late 19th Century This piece belongs to the family of cold-painted bronzes which typically date from the 1880s to 1920s. There is nothing "typical" about this treasure, however. It was made in Vienna perhaps in the early years of the Bergman Studio. The subject matter is unusual and radiantly beautiful.
